Add an Agency

This article is for Account Owners and Project Managers.

Adding an agency profile to your account allows you to assign your third-party translation vendor to a  Smartling workflow step. Once the Agency Account Owner completes their user profile, they are then able to assign content within that step to their individual resources.

To set up your agency profile, contact your Smartling Customer Success Manager

After your Agency has been setup be sure to:

  1. Grant your Agency access to their relevant languages & workflows. The Agency will then be able to add their linguists.
  2. Add your translation rates so you can generate cost estimates within the Smartling dashboard
