Schedule Delivery of Reports

Smartling's reporting analytics can be delivered straight to your inbox, on a schedule that you need.

How to schedule report delivery

1. Go to any of the reports that can be scheduled for delivery
2. Click the ellipsis above the table (gray background) > Schedule delivery
3. Under "Settings," name your report (this will be the email subject) and schedule a recurring cadence. To send only once, there is a "Send now" option under Recurrence.
   
4. Under "Filters," you can set a relative filter (for example, "last 7 days") so your data is always relevant when the report is delivered.
5. Under "Advanced options," you can add a message to the delivery email and adjust other settings based on the format you selected under "Settings."
