You can view your published/submitted translations from your Jobs Dashboard in Smartling. You may also be able to edit published strings if your customer has granted you access. This is useful if you have new information or instructions and need to update previously translated content. Keep in mind that you will only see published/submitted strings that are in the workflow to which you are assigned.

How to Update Submitted Translations in a Job
- In Smartling, go to your Jobs Dashboard
- Click Submitted from the preset searches
- This displays all Jobs you worked on in the past 60 days
- Click the word count to see the Job's strings in the Strings View
- Under Actions, click the ellipsis > Edit in CAT Tool
- This opens the CAT Tool, where you can edit the strings of the Job
- Proceed to edit the string and click Save Page when you're done
How to Update Submitted Translations in a Project
- In Smartling, choose a customer project from the Projects dropdown on the top navigation
- Click the Strings tab to access the Strings View for the entire project
- Without applying any filters, this lists all the project's strings in all workflow steps you have access to
- To view only completed translations, set the Status filter to Published
- Optionally: apply any other filter you require to locate specific strings
- Under Actions, click the ellipsis > Edit in CAT Tool
- This opens the CAT Tool, where you can edit the strings
- Note, if you did not use the Job filter in the Strings View, some CAT Tool features are not supported when opened outside a Job. For more information, see Accessing the CAT Tool
- Proceed to edit the string and click Save Page when you're done
