The Workflow Usage Report is available to Account Owners and Project Managers.
This report provides information on which workflows are used most frequently in your account. Project Managers can only access data for project-level workflows within the project(s) they have access to.
Access the report
In Smartling, click the Reports dropdown menu > Users. Please note, only Account Owners and Project Managers can access this report.
Report data
The report data is refreshed every 24 hours. It includes the following columns:
- Workflow Name
- Translated Word Count
You can apply additional filters to narrow the scope of the report:
- Action Date: The date when work was performed on content within the workflow (e.g., translation, editing, or review).
- Machine Translated (Yes / No): Indicates whether the workflow uses machine/LLM translation (“Yes”) or human translation (“No”).
- Project Name
- Workflow Name
Click the refresh button (↻) to update the data after modifying any filters.
Report actions
Click the ellipsis menu (⋮) on the right side of the report to:
- Download the report as a CSV or PDF
- Schedule delivery to receive the report via email on a recurring basis
- Reset filters to restore the default view
