When searching for content using a filter set in the Strings View or in the Jobs Dashboard, you may want to save your preferred filters and/or sorting option for future use.
Creating Saved Searches
You can save your filter and sorting preset by clicking the Save Search button on the toolbar.
You will then be prompted to name and save your search.
Tip: In the Jobs Dashboard, saved searches also include your preferred sorting option.
Accessing Saved Searches
In the Jobs Dashboard, this will appear under Saved Searches, found beneath Preset Searches.
In the Strings View, saved searches appear above the filtering options.
Saved Searches are unique to the user who created them. However, the filters applied are in the URL, so you can share the link with another Smartling user.
Editing Saved Searches
To rename, delete, or overwrite the saved search with the current filter selection, simply hover over the Saved Search and select the ellipsis that appears, as shown below:
