The Account Performance Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your account's translation activity, savings, and usage. It consolidates key metrics from across the platform into a single view, making it easier to share results with your team during quarterly or annual business reviews.
Accessing the Account Performance Dashboard
In Smartling, click the Reports drop-down menu > Account Performance.
Info: Only users with an Account Owner role can access this dashboard.
Report data
You can apply filters to narrow the scope of the reports:
- QBR Date Range
- Project Name
Click the refresh button (↻) to update the data after modifying any filters.
Included reports
- Translation Split - A pie chart showing the translation split across your account, meaning how your content was translated (human translation, machine translation, MTPE, AIHT, or AIT).
- TM Savings Actuals - Shows your total word count and total weighted word count, allowing you to see your total savings from translation memory leverage.
- TM Size - Shows the total word count of the translation memories in your account.
- GDN Requests - If you use Smartling's Global Delivery Network (GDN), the counter displays your current number of GDN requests. The tile also shows the start and end date of your current subscription, as well as your GDN request limit.
- PW Subscription - Displays your subscription start and end dates, your account's processed word limit, and the total processed word count.
- MT Usage - Displays your current subscription start date, your account's MT words limit, and the total MT word count.

File Uploads - Shows the number of file uploads across your projects, as well as the total word count of the uploaded files. The API or Integration column refers to how files were uploaded to Smartling.
- API or Integration (Yes): Files uploaded via API or a Smartling connector
- API or Integration (No): Files uploaded manually through the Smartling UI
- PW by Integration - Displays the project type, processed word count, and the percentage of total processed words. In this report, "Application Resources" type projects can refer to projects where files are uploaded via a custom API integration or manually through the Smartling UI.
Dashboard actions
Click the ellipsis menu (⋮) on the right side of the dashboard to:
- Download the reports as a CSV or PDF
- Schedule delivery to receive the reports via email on a recurring basis
- Reset filters to restore the default view
- Set the dashboard time zone
- Unless otherwise specified, the time zone for all tiles is set to New York, USA
