Download Sitecore XP Connector Logs

This article is for Account Owners and Project Managers.

To download the Smartling logs:

  1. Open the Sitecore Log Viewer application.

  2. Retrieve the most recent file with the SitecoreLocalization prefix. Open the file and download it.

If you have direct access to the server with Sitecore, you can find the log file in the Data\log subfolder.
