You can include custom field data in each translation Job created in AEM.
Simply create a short text or long text Job Custom Fields in Smartling and assign them to your AEM project.
In AEM's Configuration Manager, add the name of the custom and click Save
You can then input data into the custom field when requesting translation via the Smartling Translate modal
