The AI Hub Usage Report gives you insight into the volume of automated translation (MT and LLM) in your account.

It highlights your total word count of machine translation (MT engines and LLMs) in Smartling. You can view how many words each provider is translating for you and which areas of Smartling use machine translation in your account, including workflows, the GDN, and instant MT integrations such as the Zendesk Support Plugin and other connectors. 

You can refine the report by filtering within a specific date range or by language.

Access the Report

In Smartling, click the Reports dropdown > AI Hub Usage Report.

The report itemizes your AI Hub usage and includes the following columns:

• Time Grouping (Day/Month/Quarter/Year) 
• Project Name
• Profile Name
• Origin
• MT Provider
• Source Locale ID
• Target Locale ID
• Total Character Count
• Total Word Count

This report may show limited data before January 1, 2023.
