Getting Started with Smartling

Emergency Contact Info

This article is for Account Owners.

To receive notifications regarding important information about system status and maintenance, provide an email address. Smartling will also contact this address if we detect a critical technical issue with your account. For this reason, we recommend entering an IT Operations team email alias.

Enter an Emergency Email Address (New Experience)

  1. Click Account Settings and select Emergency Email.
  2. Enter an emergency email address.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Enter an Emergency Email Address (Classic)

  1. Log in to Smartling.
  2. Click on the drop down arrow at the top right corner of the page, next to your name, and select Account.
  3. Enter the emergency email address and click Save Changes.
