How It Works
Watch this video for a brief overview of Smartling's LQA Suite.
Setting Up Smartling's LQA Suite
Follow three easy steps to set up and use Smartling's LQA Suite.
Step 1: Create an LQA Schema
To get started with Smartling's LQA Suite, create and publish an LQA schema.

Step 2: Create an LQA Project
You are now ready to create a dedicated LQA project and configure your LQA workflow.
Step 3: Submit Translations for LQA
You are now ready to send translations from any of your regular translation projects to the LQA project for evaluation.
What the Evaluators See
Once translations are submitted for LQA, they can then be reviewed in Smartling's CAT Tool or Review Mode.
Tip: If you would like evaluators to be able to edit translations in the LQA project, ensure that the setting "Users can revise content" is enabled on the LQA step of your LQA workflow.
Info: Click here for more information about evaluating translations with LQA.
LQA Modified Translations: Saving & Updating Modified Translations
A dedicated tab in your LQA project allows you to check any edits made by the LQA reviewers and apply these updates to the original translation project.
Tip: The LQA Modified Translations tab can be used to send edited translations back to the original project even if the workflow setting "Reviewers can send updated translations to original project" is disabled for the LQA workflow.
Reporting: Analyzing the LQA Results
