Reset Password

Make sure you've already been set up to access the Smartling dashboard. You should have received an email invitation to access a translation project from Smartling. If you can't find the email, contact your Account Owner, Project Manager, or Agency Account Owner to be granted access.

If you're already set up in Smartling and need to reset your password:

  1. Go to  > Login.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next.
  3. Click Forgot Password
  4. Submit your username or email address to receive a notification with information for creating a new password.

If your account has been locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts, you'll need to wait 10-minutes before trying again.
