Export a Glossary
You can perform a bulk-update to an existing glossary by exporting the glossary, updating it locally, and re-importing the updated file. Exporting a glossary can be a quick way to update existing terms, upload new terms, and remove old terms.
Export a Glossary (New Experience)
- Go to Account Settings > Linguistic Assets.
- Under Assets, click Glossaries.
- In the Actions column, click the three dots next to the glossary you want to export and select Export.
- From the Export Glossary dialog box, select your preferred file format (Excel, CSV, or TBX).
- (Optional) If you are exporting the glossary to add additional languages, select them.
- Click Export Glossary.
Export a Glossary (Classic)
- Go to Assets > Glossaries.
- With the Actions column, click the more icon next to the glossary you wish to export and select Export.
- From the Export Glossary dialog box, select your preferred file format (Excel, CSV, or TBX).
- If you are exporting the glossary to add additional languages, select the target language(s) for which you want to apply the glossary.
- Click Export Glossary.
Only Excel or CSV files are accepted for updates from file upload
